Hey, thanks for checking this  🙂

My name is Shayn, and I am a DJ, and Yoga Instructor.

I have a background in Sound Engineering, and I studied English Literature and Journalism before attending Music School at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood. This is what led me across the country to the desert of Los Angeles from the crisp shores of New England: Music, and Yoga…

Currently I teach Yoga at Loyola Marymount University. I also try to maintain a healthy balance between my daily personal Yoga practice, and the private clients who I give personalized Yoga Instruction. Private Classes are tailored to ones individual needs, goals, and desires. With over 15 years of experience, I also assist people in areas such as live cleansing, holistic health counseling, and nutritional consulting.

My Days mainly consist of Yoga in many forms and on many levels, but, my Nights ideally consist of Writing and Producing Music.

I enjoy everything from House, TechHouse, Electro, Breaks, and Jungle ~ to Rock, Reggae, Dub, and Dubstep. I Love the Blues, Jazz, Classical, Hip-Hop, Trip-Hop, Down-Tempo, and Psy-Chill (if you want to call it that;))… Classic Acid Rock from Jimi Hendrix and The Doors, to Led Zepplin and Pink FLoyd; I love Sublime, Janes Addiction, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, 311, A Perfect Circle, RadioHead, ,, ,, ,,, there are a lot of good bands – mostly prior to the year 2000 A.D. From about 1995 on – about the same time Technology, the Computer, and the Internet began to really take off – ‘Electronic’ Music became my genre of choice. This could be anything from Hip-Hop to an array of sub-genres that were usually produced by some obscure bloke from a studio apartment in some shady area of any leading Nation ~ though predominately the U.K. or the US…

As a World-Bridger, my aim is to combine the best aspects of All my passions: Rock / Electronic ~ Yoga / Dance ~ Health / Happiness ~ Love / Laughter.

I truly hope you’ll join me in Living Your Passion + Following Your Bliss.

~ Much Love ~

Peace, always, Shayn.
